MALBEC

Born in a 75-year-old vineyard from La Consulta, Valle de Uco, Mendoza.
The vineyard’s age that provides natural balance and delicate structure; low yields (5,000 – 6,000 kgs per hectare); the elevation 3,630 ft a.s.l.

The wine displays a shade of intense reds and wraps the mouth into an aromatic rainbow of red fruit, plums and prunes with flowery notes. Mature and elegant with a great balance and roundness. Aged for 8 months in French (70 %) and American oak barrels (30 %)

Fermenting temperature: Between 25 a 28°C . 11 days alcoholic fermentation.
Maceration time: 22 days
