Fermentation Temperature: 25 a 28°C during 8 days.

Red intense color. This wine sorprise by elegance and complexity, typical of a great Syrah; nots of jam; spices; dry leaf, coffe and leather. Silky mouth with a nice and balance tannins. Round and deep from start to finish.
